Quickscan: Command line TWAIN scanning
Quickscan demo
The demo below is a Flash movie showing how the ini file can be filled with the options for scanning and creating the output file.
In this simple case we will have the following scanning options:
- Select scanner
- Don't show the scanner's user interface, instead show a progress screen
- On the progress screen we'll set the product name to "My Product"
- Scan at 200dpi.
The following output settings will also be set:
- Create a mono PDF file
- Set the page size to A4
It is important to remember that in this demo everything is done manually, but in normal use this would be done programatically.
